In view of the forthcoming final conference "Applying European Practices of Engaging Employers in Educational Activities of Russian Higher Education Institutions"  within the TEMPUS Project E3M "Evaluation of Quality of Cooperation in Education Ecosystem as a Mechanism for Building   Professional   Competencies", which will be held in Nizhnevartovsk, Russia, on the 7-11 November, 2016 and the requests for visa issuance, we kindly ask you to send us the Personal data form for the invitation letter. 
 
We would need this form together with a scanned passport, in order to prepare the invitation letters. We kindly ask you to send us the forms and the scanned passports to international@nvsu.ru, subject: Visa Request until September 19, 2016 the latest.

You can download the Russian Visa application form, which you will need to submit with visa request at the Russian embassies (consulates) together with the invitation letter.
