Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department for Commerce and Management. 2005-2011 - research in the field of eco marketing based on the European experience 2008 – internship in Germany within DAAD funded program “Green marketing”. Research on corporate social responsibility of foreign companies. 2011 – successfully defended Doctor’s thesis on “Theory and methodology of establishment of organic market based on holistic marketing”. 2016 - Participated in the development of “Lean Region” concept. Teaching courses in Eco Marketing (2011-2013), Corporate Social Responsibility (2013-2015), International Marketing (2004-2015). Author and co-author of more than 110 scientific papers published in Russian and international journals, including 3 monographic studies. 2015 – successfully defended Doctor’s thesis “Production control in agriculture”. 2016 - Participated in the development of “Lean Region” concept. Research management: strategic management; ISO 9000 as a tool to bring organizational change; technologies; business processes; stimulating and engaging staff.
