“Youth Bridge” for ISInCAR participants
NVSU Team of the Project "International scientific integration of early career researchers (ISInCAR)" took part in the event "Youth Bridge" for project participants. The aim of the event: cross-cultural exchange and students introduction. The consortium of the Project includes 6 partners from Russia (Nizhnevartovsk State University, Yugra State University, University of Tyumen), Wales (Bangor University), Scotland (University of the Highlands and Islands) and England (University of the West of England).

Research School within ISInCAR Project
University of Tyumen has held the Research School for Russian teams of the Project "International scientific integration of early career researchers" (ISInCAR). Project teams went on excursions around Tyumen, TSU buildings, Historical Park "Russia - My History" and took part in All-Russian Geographical Dictation organized by Russian Geographical Society. Students visited Biological Station of TSU "Lake Kuchak", where the first carbon polygon was opened in August 2021.

The first working meeting within ISInCAR Project
From 24 to 30 October, ISInCAR Project Teams of Russian universities (Nizhnevartovsk State University, Yugra State University, University of Tyumen) took part in the first working meeting at Yugra State University (Khanty-Mansiysk). At the end of the course, students went to the Mukhrino international field station, established to study climate change, biodiversity, carbon and water cycling in peatland ecosystems.

The call is now open for the course “Russian Philology and Literature” for international students
The course aims at providing fundamentals in Russian philology and literature, developing communication skills in Russian, ability to analyze and evaluate the phenomena of Russian language and literature in a broader linguistic and literary context. The course introduces the history of Russian literature, theory of language and writing studies.

IХ International Scientific and Practical Conference at Nizhnevartovsk State University
IХ International Scientific and Practical Conference "Culture, science, education: problems and prospects"(KSE 2021) will be held on November 10, 2021 at Nizhnevartovsk State University with face-to face and online participation. The conference welcomes teaching staff and staff members of educational institutions, researchers, practitioners, PhD students and young scientists. It aims to discuss relevant problems and prospects of culture, science and education development.

Exchange programmes for NVSU students
NVSU students actively participate in exchange programs. Nizhnevartovsk State University was granted funding for mobility with JAMK University of Applied Sciences (Finland), University College of South Denmark, University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain), Lapland University of Applied Science (Finland), University of Bergen (Norway), Washburn University (USA), Umeå University (Sweden).

Research Competition at Nizhnevartovsk State University
Nizhnevartovsk State University has held Student Research Competition among Russian educational institutions. It aimed to attract students to research activities and studying environment and climate change impact on the human health in Russia and EU countries. All works of participants were revised by experts.

Interactive game
The Department for Ecology held an interactive game "Climate change on the Earth" within Jean Monnet Module "Environment, Health and Climate change: Facing the challenges and Adapting to Impacts: Experience of the European Union". The game is aimed to raise awareness about environment issues and climate change in EU countries.

Presentation Competition at the Faculty of Ecology and Engineering within Jean Monnet Module
3-year Bachelor’s Degree students of the Faculty of Ecology and Engineering took part in a presentation competition within the course "Environment and Climate Change: the Experience of European Union ". In this way, the University attracts students to research activities aimed at studying current trends in climate change in Russia and EU countries.

The call is now open for the course “Biology” for international students
The course runs from August 1, 2021 to December 27, 2021. The Erasmus+ Programme is a European funding programme offering university students a possibility of studying or doing an internship abroad in another country for a period of at least 2 months and maximum 12 months per cycle of studies. Erasmus+ now offers the possibility to go way beyond the European borders as well.
