NVSU Department for Russian History and Document Science held the webinar

On April 27, NVSU Department for Russian History and Document Science held the webinar "Migration and European Integration: modern trends and challenges" within the Jean Monnet Module "EU integration: experience, achievements and modern challenges". 

Webinar experts:

  • Viktor Apryshchenko, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Southern Federal University, "Research optics: problems of migration regulation";
  • Lala Yakubova, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor, Nizhnevartovsk State University, "Migration to the UK in the late XX - early XXI: pro et contra in the context of Brexit";
  • Lyudmila Bespalova, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor, Nizhnevartovsk State University, "Migration paradigm in Germany in the 2000s: changing priorities".

The experts paid special attention to the role of migration in the development of European integration, identified the features of the migration regulation in the European Union, and the influence of the political and social and economic situation on migration, especially in the 2000s.

At the end of the webinar, students took part in discussions with experts.
