First year of Jean Monnet Module “Standardization in Product Quality Management: EU Experience and Cooperation Prospects” is coming to its end. Students have already completed the course and submitted their final assignments. The course covered such topics as International Standards, National Standards of EU, EU directives and harmonization of standards, Quality control in Russia and EU.

In the end of the course students were tasked to form a logical structure of the topics covered and present a generalizing conclusion using sketchnoting technique. Students demonstrated their knowledge on the subject and coped perfectly well with a challenging task at hand.

Students agreed that the course was of particular importance for their future employment, since the topic of quality management is widely discussed in professional fields. Students were especially interested in topics that are directly related to their future careers – development of individual standards in international chains and retail network quality standards.
