Psychological and Pedagogical Problems of Science and Modern Education

The laboratory staff explores the topics of personality development, family relationships, as well as personality development at different stages of learning.

Research topics: "The problem of personality development in a family, educational and professional environment", "Research on the problem of holistic personality development", "Substantiation and research of the problem of personal competence development at different levels of education."

Research purpose: theoretical research of actual and socially significant psychological and psychological-pedagogical modern challenges of society, as well as approbation in psychological and psychological-pedagogical practice of developments on the problems of psychological safety, training, development and upbringing of a harmonious personality of various categories of the population.

Objectives until 2032:

1. Development of the conceptual foundations of scientific research in the field of psychological and psychological-pedagogical problems of science and modern education
2. Implementing analytical research on topical issues of psychology and pedagogy, the development of education in the city, region, university to develop strategies and directions for improving the training of specialists in the field of vocational training (pedagogical, psychological, psychological-pedagogical, social, industrial), retraining and advanced training.
3. Development and implementation of psychological and psychological-pedagogical recommendations on the organization of research activities, educational and industrial practice, educational process in the context of further modernization of higher professional education.
4. Preparation for publication of materials reflecting the results of scientific research on psychological and psychological-pedagogical problems of science and modern education.
5. Participation in scientific conferences, seminars and other events related to the main activities of the Laboratory in coordination with the Vice-Rector for Scientific Work and in accordance with the Faculty's plan.
6. The organization and implementation of scientific research by SRL employees on an initiative basis, as well as in accordance with grant support, budgetary and extra-budgetary agreements.

Assessment of the dependence and reliability of the professional activities of employees servicing hazardous production facilities of ОАО "SN-MNG" (CH-MNG, JSC) on individual and psychophysical characteristics.
