A total of 25 students from India are expected to enroll in an intensive one-year Russian language course as part of the Russian as a Foreign Language program at Nizhnevartovsk State University. At present, four students have already arrived and begun their studies.

During the program, the students will become acquainted with the culture of Russia and the Yugra region. Upon completion of the preparatory department, they will continue their education in bachelor’s degree programs at NVSU.

The students have already settled into the university dormitory. In the near future, they will be introduced to the city of Nizhnevartovsk during a guided tour. For them, this is their first experience of visiting Russia, and they have expressed strong interest in Russian culture. The students note that they associate their future with Russia, where they hope to live and work.
