MAIN OBJECTIVE:
Promote discussion of EU issues in the field of biodiversity conservation by integrating EU perspectives in environmental education at the master’s and postgraduate level
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
- study the best EU practices and approaches to the biodiversity assessment and conservation;
- support the integration of EU perspectives in environmental studies at NVSU by organizing a summer school “Best EU Practices in the Field of Biodiversity Assessment and Conservation”;
- develop students’ professional skills and competitiveness;
- promote the discussion of key biodiversity conservation issues among researchers, politicians and professional communities by organizing a workshop on “Improving the EU in the field of biodiversity conservation”;
- promote research in the field of biodiversity conservation through the use of EU research achievements;
- raise public awareness of EU actions in the field of biodiversity conservation;
- disseminate and use project results.

All-Russian forum "Yugra International 2024" was held at Nizhnevartovsk State University. The event brought together 100 students, including 70 international students who are currently studying at Russian universities.
