Inna Volkova, Professor at the Department of Commerce and Management of the Faculty of Economics and Management took part in the VII International Scientific Research Forum "Effective Management Systems: Quality, Innovation, Education" which was tool place in Kazan 28 February.

This year, the forum gathered more than 300 participants and became a platform for addressing urgent socio-economic problems and teaching modern management technologies. Participants of the forum discussed the concept of Industry 4.0, topical issues of quality management of Russian and foreign organizations, prospects for sustainable economic development.

Within the framework of Jean Monnet Module "Standardization in Product Quality Management: EU Experience and Cooperation Prospects" Ms Volkova presented the results of the study "Assessing the quality of organization management based on the European experience". The research demonstrated the factors influencing the quality of management and allowed to give recommendations for improving the management system of a modern organization.
