April 23, 2012: Director of the Korean Martial Arts Institute (Hwashin Cyber University) Philippe Taipa Pinerd (6th Dan Taekwondo, 5th Dan Hapkido) visited Nizhnevartovsk State University of Humanities. NSUH rector and vice rectors had a discussion with Mr. Pinerd on the prospects of future cooperation between the institutions. Mr. Philippe Pinerd presented an innovative project on teaching Martial Arts, a new Internet-based teaching method which breaks geographical and physical barriers and offers students reasonable tuition fees for studies they undertake at their own favorable pace. Hwashin Cyber University is the first university of the kind which was approved through Korea’s Higher Education. It is also the only university in the world to use the LMS (Learning Management System).
