During the meeting members of European Council for Student Affairs considered applications from Nizhnevartovsk State University of Humanities and Confederation of Student Services in Ireland to join the Council, and subsequently granted them admission.  At present European Council for student Affairs comprises Germany, Finland, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Norway, Luxemburg, Estonia, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Ireland and Russia. Nizhnevartovsk State University of Humanities was the first Russian Institution which officially joined European Council for Student Affairs.
