Andrey Andrianov, a 4th-year student from the NVSU Faculty of Information Technologies and Mathematics, has finished his autumn semester in JAMK University of Applied Sciences (Jyväskylä, Finland). Here the student shares his impressions of the visit.

In JAMK Andrey took a course of Software Engineering. He was happy to have an opportunity to study in Finland, considering solid reputation of the hosting university and high quality of the Finnish education, especially in technical areas.

The student had very few communication problems thanks to his good language skills. As for the studies and educational process itself, the students received detailed instructions during the Orientation Week and could use various information resources or ask for assistance from the university staff.
Jyväskylä, welcoming young people from all over the world, is a great place for students. The atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable, so it was very easy to adjust in the social way. Andrey took active part in student events, enjoying both studies and social life at JAMK University.
