In order to establish academic exchange and hold joint educational projects, Hainan College of Economics and Business, (Haikou, PRC) and Nizhnevartovsk State University of Humanities have agreed to form a collaborative network in science and education, academic exchange (student, teacher exchange, joint research, conferences and seminars).

On May 23, 2012, NSUH and Hainan College of Economics and Business (Haikou, PRC), signed the agreement on cooperation in the education field. The priority of the agreement is to launch a program of “Inclusive education”, according to which an institution gets an opportunity to send students to foreign Higher Education Institutions to further gain, master and polish their knowledge in the  subjects of major.
