NVSU Hosted Conference withing Jean Monnet Module

Nizhnevartovsk State University hosted International Applied Research Conference "Standartisation and vertification: EU Experience and Cooperation Prospects" within Jean Monnet Module. The conference addressed two main areas: International Standards in Economics and Management and International Standards in Trade and Other Fields and Spheres.

                                    

The participants of the plenary session were greeted by Denis Pogonyshev, Ph.D., vice-rector for licensing and accreditation of the Nizhnevartovsk State University. Oksana Yakovishak, leading specialist of International Office and project manager, gave an overview of Jean Monnet program and the results of its implementation in NVSU. Inna Volkova, Academic Coordinator of the module, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department forCommerce and Management demonstrated the main achievements of the two years of the Module's implementation and noted the main results of dissemination, research and the course available to students within the Module. Oksana Kozlova, Doctor of Economics, Professor, spoke about the key aspects and successful experience of implementing the course for students within the framework of the module.

                                    

                                    

Then the participants of the conference continued to work in sections, where they discussed in more detail individual research topics in the field of European Standardization Experience, their application in Russian environment, research results in the field of product and service quality, and changes in the standardization system in the era of the digital economy.

                                    

A collection of scientific articles will be published, in which 120 works of 216 authors from 26 cities, 8 countries: Australia, France, Israel, USA, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan are presented.
