NVSU Staff Mobility within Erasmus+ Program is Picking Up Speed

Development of academic mobility of teachers is one of the priority directions of the international activity in NVSU. Academic mobility provides an opportunity to continue education, improve particular skills, and acquire experience in teaching or research work abroad.

Every year together with the European partner universities NVSU takes part in the Erasmus + program competition (Key Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals) to receive funding for academic mobility of students and teachers. Following the results of the contest in 2016, Nizhnevartovsk State University was awarded grants for the implementation of mobility with the JAMK University of Applied Sciences in Jyvaskyla (Finland) and the University College of Southern Denmark (Denmark). The Erasmus + Scholarship is the most prestigious European grant for students and teachers. The Scholarship covers all costs associated with studying at a foreign university (transportation costs, accommodation, visa costs, etc.).

According to the transparency requirements of the Erasmus + program, Nizhnevartovsk University regularly announces calls for the participation of teachers in the mobility projects with partner universities.
