Professor of NVSU are getting more and more involved in Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Initiatives. In the spring 2018 NVSU professor will go to University of Barcelona to give lectures in the partner institution within Key Action 1: “Learning Mobility of Individuals” of Erasmus + Program. Erasmus + scholarship is the most prestigious European student grant. The scholarship covers all costs associated with the stay and study at a foreign university (travel costs, accommodation costs, etc). 

 NVSU jointly with University of Barcelona (Spain) applied for funding for mobility activities with the European partner Institution in order to increase and develop academic mobility. In 2016 call for applications, Nizhnevartovsk State University was approved for funding to implement mobility activities for students and staff with the University of Barcelona  (Spain).

In compliance with the rules of Erasmus+ program in regard to maintaining transparency and objectivity in selecting process, Nizhnevartovsk State University regularly publishes calls for applications open to all professors wishing to participate in international mobility in University of Barcelona  (Spain). The grand was eventually awarded to Anna Belkova, Assistant Professor of the Department for Philology and Mass Communication.
