NVSU representatives took part in study visit for training within Erasmus + program

13-17 February, 2017 Irina Istomina, the Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, and Victoria Lazareva, Academic Mobility Coordinator at NVSU, took part in a short-term training in University College South Denmark within Erasmus+ Program (Key Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals).

During the visit I. Itomina and V. Lazareva visited the UCSD campus and learned about the structure of the institution, got invited to social and educational organizations in Aabenraa and Kolding, as well as the centers and kindergartens specifically working with creativity in children.

NVSU representatives also met with exchange students who are to study at NVSU during the spring term. During the meeting, the students learned about the contents of their practical training, main requirements, and placements for the training. It is the second time that NVSU welcomes exchange students from UCSD. International coordinators at UCSD point out that students are getting more and more interested in the opportunity to undertake their practical training at NVSU.

After the training at UCSD, Irina Itomina and Victoria Lazareva traveled to Belgium to participate in an International Week (18-22 February) at Artesis Plantijn University College. Students and teachers from universities of Germany, Finland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Turkey, Czech Republic and the Netherlands took part in the International Week. Presentation, workshops and seminars covered a variety of topics concerning International Education such as academic mobility, its advantages and issues and university exchange programs available for students of NVSU.
